Search term report

Negatives to add, profitable searches to harvest, and ads on your own versus competitors' product pages.

Where to find it

Follow this path:

  1. 1Included in the bulk file when you tick search term data, or Reports
  2. 2Sponsored Products (and Sponsored Brands)
  3. 3Search term

Settings that matter

Same dates as the bulk file. Daily or summary both work; uploading it twice is detected and counted once.

What it unlocks

Negatives to add, profitable searches to harvest, and ads on your own versus competitors' product pages.

Optional. The audit runs without it and tells you which checks it had to skip.

If it is not recognised

Upload the file exactly as Amazon exported it, without opening and re-saving it in Excel. Re-saving can drop or rename the header row, which is what we match on.

The upload panel names the columns it looked for and the ones it found. If the report is right but the columns differ, send us the header row and we will add it.
