16 modules, each weighted by its effect on profit.
Modules and weights
Each of the 16 modules is scored from 0 to 100 and weighted by how much it affects profit. Wasted spend carries the most weight; housekeeping checks carry the least.
The score is averaged across the modules your reports allowed us to run, so adding a report can move the score even if nothing in your account changed. The report shows its own depth so you know how complete the picture is.
Grades
A is 85 and above, B is 70, C is 55, D is 40, and below that is F.
